My extensive background includes training beginners just starting their fitness journey, as well as professional athletes, police officers, paramedics, and RCMP members, so I understand the demands of various lifestyles and can adapt to meet your needs.
Years of practical application paired with certifications as a Can-Fit Pro Personal Training Specialist and a Master Personal Trainer from the American Sports and Fitness Association with courses completed in Advanced Supplementation and Program Design. I’m equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide you with effective, practical training. I’ve trained in boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, strongman techniques, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, allowing me to offer diverse training methods that keep you motivated and engaged.
I am proud to be in the top 2% of trainers who have turned this passion into a full-time career. Furthermore, I take pride in and actively mentor fellow trainers, sharing my knowledge of effective diet, exercise strategies, and business success.
