Houle Fitness provides exclusive one-on-one fitness personal training and program design by Adam Houle, Certified Personal Trainer, located in Barrie, ON. Our customized fitness programs are designed to bring out the best and most positive changes in individuals of all shapes and sizes!

While helping you meet and exceed your goals, we educate proper form, program design, nutrition, and exercise prescription. Offering packages for all fitness levels, from beginner to expert.

Training sessions primarily take place at Athletic Kulture: 154 Reid Drive in Barrie, ON and available for in-home per request.
